The older gentleman that usually works the counter is horrendous. Every time I go in, and ask him a question or send packages, he has an attitude and directs me elsewhere. Terrible customer service from this particular employee all around.

Customer Service is horrible. I have filled out every form that allows them to drop a package off with out the liability of the package falling on the workers and they still refuse to deliver my packages. I schedule a “re-delivery” and they either give me repeated pink delivery failed slips while I am at the house the package is delivered to or just don’t ever deliver the package. If I pay for shipping toMy home address, I expect the package to make it. Issue continues to go unresolved.

I had an issue with mailing address where a parcel was not delivered, and upon calling I had a rude clerk answer the phone originally, telling me the package could not be released. I give 3 stars because the postmaster rectified the situation and agreed to release the package today.

The guy/manager who helped me (finally someone without a nasty attitude) was very helpful. However, whoever the woman is answering the calls needs to be sent home because her attitude is unbecoming and isn’t for a customer service job. The manager worked diligently to help solve all of the issues I was having with my mail and I appreciate it. They’re getting better and need to keep him on management and add other ppl like him to their team?

I order alot of stuff online ,and I feel like most of my packages get to me on time and undamaged 75% of the time. Not really trust worthy.

This post office has got to be the sorryest of all. The lady at front desk is rude an nasty.she will hang up on you.an the post master don't do anything about it.she needs to be fired. They want deliver packages down side roads.they are just sorry.

The mail lady won't deliver my packages. She has even put my mail in other people's box. Packages has been getting "lost" alot lately. And been late. When I go pick up my packages they can't find them. And I have other complaints too. I am beginning to see why people don't want to use USPS anymore.
