Clerks were playing around laughing. When they checked our battery, it was bad. When we got another battery, they wanted to know what vehicle it went in. I figured they were trying to get out of replacing a bad battery. Luckily my vehicle was too old for them to find. Then they reduced the warranty. Buy your battery where they guarantee them. Not at Walmart.

Came in with a flat tire, and they were able to repair quickly. Very friendly service. Was very happy with their work and service.

Old lady at the register had an attitude when I tried to leave and do it myself , not waiting 30+ minutes to get a battery changed. Hire better people with better attitudes.

Very thorough. Had one tire replaced and up on checking the others they found low pressure in another. It had a nail in it. Thankfully they were able to repair it. Excellent customer service.

I was in dire need of an tire the sale associate stated that they (Wal-Mart) didn't have the sizes I needed which I understood. I also asked if she would be able to check at another Wal-Mart location in Pembroke to see they had tires available. The young lady didn't hesitate to reply that she couldn't check to see if the other Walmart had the tires I needed before trying to make it to that location with my already leaking tire. I usually enjoy my experiences at Wal-Mart auto care and I appreciate the work done by most of the employees but this is unacceptable to be dismissed without even trying to address my issue. I took my business PepBoys and issue was fixed. I hope to have an more enjoyable experience my next visit to Wal-Mart auto center.

Wouldn’t had even gave them a 1 star butI went for a oil change on August,10,2022 (time 5pm - 5:22pm)I must say they were not very helpful at on any questions I ask to my opinion they did not want to do their job and didn’t seem to know what they were doing very unprofessionalI I asked for a estimate on 3 tires to match it with the new one that I have recently purchased asked 4 different times to make sure they done that, when my car got ready I had asked them about the estimated pricethey did nothing and didn’t even try to help after I asked a 5th time wanted me to walk all the way back outside after they already had the vehicle in the garage and they could’ve checked it then self after I had asked

I arrived at 6:30pm to have my new tires put on and they had such an amazing attitude. Frank the auto center manager was so nice. I didnt understand how the price structure was, but Frank took time to explain. Everyone I encountered had the greatest attitude! I will bring my car back if I need to have anything done that I know they can do. I would recommend them to everyone. Good customer service is everything!
