Facility is clean and well lit. I rented online in less than 15 minutes. I was able to move in same day. Dustin called me to make sure my checkin process went okay. What a great guy!

Just moved to Macon and called everywhere for a storage unit and dealt with the nastiest people till I finally called NextStore Storage and spoke with Dustin who helped me and was super easy to deal with. Definitely recommend NextStore Storage for their hospitality and professionalism!!!

Since under new management it’s impossible to get Dustin on the phone or even a phone call back. The part that you can’t access your unit at anytime anymore without being considered trespassing it’s ridiculous

Mary and Bob Kelly are the best property managers that I've met in a long time. (Renter since 2009) Great communications...never hesitant to resolve any issue...there was only one which was out of their control and after business hours. They maintain a clean and safe facility and I readily recommend Macon Mini Storage for your storage needs!!!

Went online to reserve storage. uhaul came up to reserve for the macon mini storage. They fedexed a lock and key and sent email for me to be at macon storage on move in date. Went to macon storage to see how the storage unit looked before moving things in. when I got there I called the number that was posted. She told me that there were no vacancy and that she tried to contact me but had no contact information. I did it online so the email was the contact information, my address in which the lock and key was sent was a contact also. There was no sign about no storage vacancies either. At least she did answer the call from the number that was posted.
