I took my mom, who is visiting, to the doctor yesterday. She needed an RX and the doctor refused to provide a handwritten one. They said it had to be phoned in. I felt pressured during that visit said to go ahead and use this CVS, although my husband and I had agreed not to use this pharmacy again due to staff and service issues. So, this morning we called to see what the cost of the prescription would be. We were put right to voice mail. It is now 5pm with no call back and no RX. This place would not be able to stay open if there were more options in the area.

Absolutely horrible. Went to pick up meds for my wife and had to go back twice. First time was because they didn't have it, second time the told us that it would be ready at 230 the next day. We show up only to say that they don't have it after asking we got attitude and were told to wait they actually have but now we have to wait 15 to 30 min. What is happening here worst pharmacy ever

Went to the CVS Pharmacy to buy Aveeno oatmeal for bathing. Where the Walmart employee said quit selling Aveeno oatmeal for bathing. I decided to go to CVS Pharmacy I was looking in the wrong place I decided to ask a CVS Pharmacy employee for help she tried to help so the CVS Pharmacy employee spoke with her manager and he got right on top of it. The manager looked up at what I was looking for Aveeno oatmeal for bathing turns out Aveeno oatmeal for bathing was on the baby isle. I am so thankful for the help of the CVS Pharmacy employee and the manager. Unlike Walmart employee who of no help. Wonderful service today at CVS Pharmacy. Thank you.

Heaven forbid you call them! I just received a call back from someone from the pharmacy team regarding a new RX I had a question on. After telling her I was able to get the answer to my questions from my Provider, she got huffy and just hung up on me like I might have ruined her entire day! Terrible attitudes. If you don't have to do business here, i suggest you dont.

Terrible service. They didn’t have a medication my doctor ordered so they had to order it. It took almost 5 days to arrive. I needed to start the medication ASAP. Not having this medication when I needed it caused my heart to go into arrhythmia. So thanks CVS. You’re outstanding! Other pharmacies overnight the medications they have to order. No not this place, they don’t care about their customers. Go somewhere else, preferably not another CVS. I’ve never had a good experience with CVS pharmacies.

Slowest pharmacy service ever. No matter the time of day, no matter if you go inside or use the drive-thru, you lose either way. They’re just terrible.

The one gentleman gave me a aggravated look as if i he too much medication from them, as of is any of their business. I have insurance. I have had a rough couple years and have to get what they prescribed. It's odd too have this feeling toward a pharmacy because they have one job. Won't be going back here, if I can help it. I'll go to another location or leave cvs all together. Don't with this location.

Lowering your prices would be a great help. He charged way too much to reload a green dot card. Dollar tree charges $2 and Walmart charges $3 and you charge $4.95. That's just way too much and no good reason for it either. Just greed. Everything in the store is overpriced. Unless something I need is on sale I cannot afford to buy there.

UNACCEPTABLE. Have tried 4 times to speak to someone in the pharmacy today about a prescription I have been waiting for three weeks. Their system tries to force you to use the app. But I need to speak to a live person. Just about ready to move my prescriptions somewhere else.

The people that work here are nice but they never have enough people working in the pharmacy. ALWAY a crazy long line in drive thru and inside.
