I had made an appointment for 12:00.....but due to not so great weather...I was contacted to see if I was going to make the appointment. I said yes but could I possibly come earlier. I was told yes so after a good workout at the gym I took my car to Tire Max. There were several things that needed their attention and after a not too long wait, it was all finished! I was pleasantly surprised at the time it took and the cost was close to what I was planning! They did a great job and I will definitely return! Thank you guys!

We had to take our son’s truck in to get serviced because there was something leaking. I called around and was able to get an appointment on Saturday at 2:00 pm. After the initial diagnostic, we were told that it was leaking oil from a failed oil cooler. He told us that they could have the part there within minutes and get the job done that day before closing. With school and work, we jumped on it. We were quoted a price for the part and labor. I questioned the cost of the part because it was quoted at $729!! He said he ordered the “upgraded part”, which was made of aluminum, not plastic, so the part would not fail again. 🤔 The manufacturer doesn't even make the part with plastic anymore, due to this common problem, so I'm not sure exactly what he was upgrading. Total repair would be over $1300. I wish I had taken the time to price the part beforehand. After the service was complete and we paid, we got a call back from the dealership in Eden that we had also contacted. The part was quoted at $229 at the dealership. The entire job at the dealership would have been about the price that Tire Max charged for just the part! I checked the price of the part at Advanced Auto, who delivered the part to Tire Max. $229!!! The part, directly from Mopar, was $279. Tire Max put a $500 mark up on the part. When I went back and spoke to the manager about this, he said Sun Auto, who now owns Tire Max, is the one who sets the prices and markups on parts. There was nothing they could do about it, they were “sorry”. A $500 mark up on a part is absolutely insane! I have no complaints about the employees there, other than the “upgrade” comment. Everyone was very professional and courteous. But please be aware that if your vehicle requires a part, you may be charged over three times what the part actually costs. There is absolutely no justification for this. It's simply corporate greed. I have cashed corporate and left 3 messages and was told I would be contacted. They have not cashed me back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Service was completed satisfactory. Staff is friendly
Labor charges tend to be higher than most and they markup more than double the price of the parts they use.
I called the Dodge dealership for the same repair and they were less expensive. But that's on me, I should have shopped around better. They did jump right on my repair with no delays.

The workers were very nice and courteous. They informed me the prices that I requested quotes on and instead of me having to wait until Thursday or Friday to get my car fixed. They let me go to return an item up the street and let me come right back to fix my car.

Was short on time and needed my car inspected. Cody, Jake, and the crew were fantastic. Got me in. Got me out.
The guys also gave me some helpful info on upcoming car care and even worked up quotes for me. No pressure from them on this at all. Just friendly customer service. Thanks Guys. ⭐
