“Pitts Towing was dispatched by our insurance company. The driver let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly, helpful, and professional. He was aware we had my wife’s service dog, and informed us the dog could ride in the tow truck with us.When we arrived home he off loaded our Jeep, informed us that he would file all the needed paperwork with our insurance company. Joe is a first class tow operator. We would not hesitate to use Pitts Towing again.”

“I've been going to Vance for a while now, for my regular oil or tire changes, then I had a vehicular emergency happen out of no where! I had my oil pan get cracked after driving over some scrap road debris was dropped out of a dump truck. They were able to get me in, part ordered and out in two days! It wasn't an easy job as my subframe had to be dropped, but Alex made it happen! He's always been able to accommodate my lowered car with no issues! I'm so thankful for the work his team put in to get me back on the road!”

They were outstanding in providing a great location for the end of run activities. The shop is always well stocked and looking good. There are numerous beautiful bikes on display and with the popular Slingshots. Even though dreary weather kept the numbers of riders down this year, a great time was had by everyone. Don't hesitate to stop in and visit and maybe ride away on your own Indian.”

He stayed til 8 pm checking it out then didn't want to charge me anything when no issue was found. So I called junaluska tire and was told they could take care of me immediately. 2 miles down the street and 20 minutes later I was all set. These guys were prompt, courteous and did a great job.”

“I can't say enough about these guys. We were two hours from home when our truck began to make popping noises near the right front fender-well. So, I pulled into the garage, and immediately, the technician showed concern and promptly started a full diagnostic procedure to narrow down the reason for the noises. Long story short, we were made to feel as family and were sure that our vehicle was safe to drive once the problem was fixed. Got to say that the repair was actually cheaper than filling up the tank. “While on an early anniversary trip, leaf watching along the Parkway, our alternator died. Through the help of our insurance company, we were able to call a wrecker service who towed us to Ryan's Auto Repair. The wrecker driver recommended Ryan's, stating he brings alot of vehicles to them. Even though it was very close to closing time, they were able to find an alternator locally.for us and get it installed. They were very professional and courteous, and charged us a very reasonable price. We were planning on having to stay the night there, but they soon had us back on the road.
