“What a wonderful little shop this is! Delicious homemade toffee in a number of different flavors. You can sample any or all flavors! We chose to sample them all. I must say that they were all pretty darn good. It was tough to settle on 2 flavors to buy. Take a few minutes to stop in here & check it out. You won't be disappointed.”
“Best fudge i have ever had. My favorite is the cherry amaretto. The workers are always friendly and willing to let you sample each flavor until you are able to choose what you would like. it is $9 for a half a pound and it's a LOT of fudge. you can pick 4 flavors to make that up. the inside is very comfortable and homey. there is also a coffee shop inside which i haven't tried, but sounds really good.”

“I was visiting NC with my family and we stopped in Waynesville for dinner and saw The Chocolate Bear and had to stop. AMAZING fudge! They have a great deal on the fudge too and we got so many different flavors to try. Definitely recommend the rocky road, sea salt caramel, and even their plain chocolate was delicious. All the ladies working there when we went were so sweet and helpful too.”

“Cute gift shop on the mountain. The area looks wonderful, close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The gift shop itself is well maintained and clean, it sells fudges, ice creams, and other gifts. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place has a clean restroom that can be used.”
