Cute gift shop on the mountain. The area looks wonderful, close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The gift shop itself is well maintained and clean, it sells fudges, ice creams, and other gifts. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place has a clean restroom that can be used.

Store personnel were pleasant, hard working, and Ice Cream was good enough to come back 2 days in a row!

The lady in the fudge shop was RUDE. I ask how much a half a pound of jelly beans would be and how much for a pound? She told me how much a pound was and said all you have to do is divide. I then said I didn’t know if it would be cheaper by the pound or not. A lot of places have it cheaper if you buy more. She then said some people just have to make stuff so complicated!! Everyone else was nice. One employee can ruin it all with their BAD ATTITUDE. We will never go back.

We were there 6/26/23 & bought coconut patties for $6.99 that tasted like mold. When I checked the package it is dated May 10 2023. We live 3 hours away and couldn't return them so I have contacted the store & let them know they are selling out of date items. Maybe they can check dates better so no one gets sick. Normally I wouldn't care if something is a month past date but the fact that it tasted like someone's basement needs to be addressed and I didn't think to look in the store because I assumed everything would be fresh.our total purchase was over 30 $

Great ice cream and so much candy to choose from. Hours on google don’t match up with actual store hours. Call before you go near closing time.

Located on Soco Road in the heart of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, this candy, ice cream, and gift shop is 3 shops combined as one: The Chocolate Box-chocolates, fudge, and a wall of Jelly Belly jelly beans; Jelly Belly’s-lots of candy (many are loose so you can buy a variety by weight) and gifts like stuffed animals, jewelry, etc; and Maggie Valley Ice Cream that has Bluebell (good but not my favorite brand) ice cream in many flavors, milkshakes, sundaes, etc. in cups and cones.

At Jelly Belly's we ordered ice cream, purchased fudge, and bought a souvenir. The ice cream was okay, the banana sunday was heavy on sunday but light on ice cream. The chocolate fudge was good but the portion was smaller than the cookies and cream fudge, which was very heavy on the cream side.Anyone should expect to pay a premium when visiting any tourist area but that was not the case at all at Jelly Belly's. A large coffee mug, similar mugs in other tourist areas sell for $30, cost $10-$13. Overall it's a great place for souvenirs and you might as well get some ice cream and/or fudge while you're there.
