HORRIBLE service, the African American man just has a horrible service with people. While I was talking to him he was on the phone! And he acted as if I wasn’t there! He then puts my heavy package on a dolly to take it out to my car and as I told him where my car was at, instead of going the long way to the ramp. He just goes straight for the drop where cars park and the dolly bounced hard on the concrete and he dropped my package!!! And he didn’t even apologize!! He just picked it up like nothing, he put it in my car and walked away as if nothing happened!! FIRE HIM!! That’s the second time I’ve delt with this man. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE.

Dedicated employees, very friendly and knowledgable. I drive from out of town just to go to this post office because of how helpful they are.

This is the worst post office ever!!! If I can give this post office “zero†stars, I definitely would!!! My mom recently moved and requested to have my sister's and her mail forwarded to a different address. I ordered some things for Christmas in November during Black Friday and it was sent to the local post office for delivery on the 11th of December. The lady who works at post office requested to have my items forwarded. On the package it did not have my sister's nor my mom's name on it. I went to the post office on different occasions to see where my things were because it was going on the New Year. She checked the tracking number providing me with the same information I already knew, stating she didn't know where my package was located. I asked why my package was forwarded and she stated she thought I was my mom or sister. So on 31Dec2018 my package stated it delivered to an agent in KY. At this time I did not know the post office carrier requested to have my package sent back to the sender. I made a claim via USPS and they told me my package was sent back to the sender and they said I would have to contact the company to have my package sent back to me. When I reached out to the company some of the things I purchased were already out of stock. I'm so upset by this careless act of the post office carrier not following instructions.
