“Staff was super helpful in helping us buy a preowned IPhone 12, we were in and out in 5 minutes with the phone and a case. Staff were all extremely friendly and went to find a their only case for the iPhone 12. My only complaint was the lack of case options.”
“We have used cricket for over 13 years and we love them. They have great service and really reasonable prices. Everytime we go to this Cricket store, they always treat us with the upmost respect. They always give us a discount on cases and phones and that really helps out when you're buying 4 phones at a time. That's the only down side with them is that you have to buy your phone outright before you can start a plan rather than financing it through your carrier. But luckily my family aren't really rough on their phones, so they last them about 2 years. I go through a phone a year because of my work. Great phone carrier for the price and service.”

Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices.
