Great course.Played 9 with a cart a few weeks ago. Cost me $27 as a non-member. The course was in good shape overall. There was some green maintenance on one of the par 4s on the front so they made a makeshift green in the middle of the fairway and shortened it to a par 3 temporarily. The carts are pretty nice. Ours had a good charge and had enough power to get 2 guys around easily. Range balls are cheaper than at Lincolnton. I don’t remember the exact price. We had to wait to tee off for what we were scared was going to be a slow group of four but they ended up not slowing us down at all.I would recommend trying this course out.

Lady behind the counter has NO business dealing with the public no professionalism at all or maybe it’s the skin I’m in!

Very well kept. This course makes you play golf. It's not easy.

It was leaf season, and it took a while to find a few balls, even on fairway edges. 738 tee time turned into 1030 after frost delay, and we wanted to play another 9 but was told no way that they were booked up. Lots of roots and trees and greens were fast. None of that is their fault, and there were some really fun holes. I had a perfect shot until it hit the barn or tractors you have to play around 10 feet from the fairway and bounced 75 yards back ...... barns....in the fairway but still an obstical is an obstical so ok with the lake and houses on right. Some tight greens over and around bridges and some nice greens, especially around the lake. However, there are currently 2 temporary greens that are the same as the fairways, so that was a bummer. It's the off season so again, it's to be expected. The price was $40 for 18 INCLUDING carts, so that's a major plus there and why we went to begin with. Overall, it was a 3/5 stars experience for me, but again, a lot of that was the season and not the course. I still had a great time and continue to learn something new every time and that will happen anywhere so until next time!

Great course layout. The course hosts multiple two-man tournaments throughout the year with many teams. Greens roll better than they look. Definitely a fun course to play in the area.18 is a little odd but fun for something different.

Golf course was in great shape, it was hot and we played in the afternoon, so nobody was out really. We had a great time playing the pretty difficult course. You had to have shots in your bag, there are some very challenging holes. I really felt the course was very well developed & maintained. The staff was friendly too! I recommend this place.

A beautiful course, one of my favorite places to play. It’s a little bit pricey, but it’s well worth it. Staff is friendly and there’s no riffraff.

This was one of Catawba County’s jewels but has changed. It’s basically a private club environment now. Closed the range at 12:30 after selling me tokens at 12. Wouldn’t sell me range tokens because of a tournament, was plenty of space. Left the Golf Now app because, and I quote, “it is just more financially beneficial to us”. Giving 7 discounted rounds a week must have been breaking them. For the extra $15 I’ll book Rock Barn on the app and play where I’m welcomed.

What a great find! This was my first time playing it. Beautiful golf course with friendly staff. Fairways were a bit more narrow but in exceptional shape. The greens were fast and surrounded by bunkers and in perfect condition. Cart paths a bit rough but not a big deal. Challenging course! Would highly recommend this course and will be back to play!

First time golfer went to the driving range to practice my swings and to learn how to use the clubs. I really enjoyed my time at the range and look forward to going back to place the course

Nice course for the price. Could do a little better getting a starter that's good. Be careful driving to the first tee and back to the clubhouse from 18. You have to cross a few fairways.
