Our nonprofit agency was awarded a substantial amount of money for the installation of a security system. We reached out and obtained multiple bids. Of the bids, PRE was the most thorough and detailed, explaining every estimate in cost and identifying an alternative. We chose PRE to do the installation and they are highly professional, service first, customer oriented in every way. It was a large job and we had a few hiccups in the beginning that Michael addressed head on and impressively. A year later, we have the ability to monitor activity offsite with quality equipment. Michael has been patient, pleasant, reliable, honest, and most of all, competent. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and the customer service. If you are looking into upgrading and protecting your building, please consider going local and placing your trust in Michael and PRE. Any of our future security installations/decisions will only be completed with PRE. This kind of commitment and work ethic is hard to come by. Michael Layell did such a great job with my home security system that we also had him install the same system at the Blue Store of Hickory (BCBSNC) instead of continuing our ADT service that just wasn't as up to date as PRE's security system nor worth the extra money to not have a the newer age system with the built in camera once the alarm is triggered by motion, doors, windows, or etc sensors. They also have quality security camera systems as well that you can add up to as many cameras that you'd possibly want or need. Also Quinton that works at P.R.E is a great guy as well & they are both very fast hard-working individuals that want you to be satisfied with their work by making sure you're explained everything you need to know but also want to know about whatever system or service they are doing for you! I'd just like to give the guys at P.R.E. Security a huge thank you for everything they've done not only for my home but also for the business I work at making sure its safe and secure while I'm there yet also when I'm not!!
