“Love sharing positive experiences. I just acquired a Ryder Freightliner lease truck that was due for an inspection. Made the call and scheduled for it to be done. Had a couple other minor issues and they took care of it for me. Been to a few shops in the past and I can say hands down this Ryder location is definitely on top of their game. Special shoutout to the Service Manager for the awesome customer service. Big Thanks and I gotta add, this location does have a drop yard for you truckers with trailers.”

“I reserved a 12ft box truck via the Penske website and subsequently self-managed the reservation using their app. I used the truck for the final load of my move from Durham to Hickory, and I'm glad I went straight to the source and took a pass on using a vendor like Home Depot. Nothing against them per se, but Mark got me squared away with the pickup (and drop off). He actually provided a 16ft, probably because they didn't have a 12ft, which worked better for me anyway. The truck was clean, in good working order with something in the neighborhood of 3600mi. Will use this location if I ever move myself again, though I'm in no rush.”
