I needed a passport and dropped in at the Maiden post office where the ladies were very helpful in explaining what I needed to do. As a result the next morning I walked in well prepared and the process was a breeze. Thanks so much to these very friendly and professional ladies.

We took our two children for passports and were in and out in 20 minutes!! 50 minute drive from our house, but definitely better than going to the Charlotte location in rush hour traffic!
