The entire pharmacy was closed for lunch.Rotating lunches is not a thing there?Surely one person could have remained there to help customers?Nope.

CVS always has what I am searching for. It is easy to get in and out of, and the registers usually don't have a line.It seems to be the only place I can find Puffs with Vicks, so I stop in on my way to work to resupply myself.I can find Wally bandages for my classroom as well.

Very well run CVS store. Easy access, in and out, with a drive-thru pharmacy access. This store has one of the most capable and dependable managers of any of the CVS stores throughout the Nation!

- COVID BOOSTER SHOT -What a lovely experience. We scheduled a boost COVID shot appointment for Thursday morning around 11:30am. We arrived for the appointment, checked in on the CVS app, went inside, went to the back pharmacy counter which was clearly labeled, and were greeting kindly by someone behind the counter. We did not have our COVID CDC vaccine cards but had our MyIR records up on our phones which showed our both doses and where they were received from and when. They almost didn't take it but the pharmacist came over and said they can use the records but can't issue any CDC card for the booster but that it would be on record. Fine! No worries, we just wanted to get our boosters. She told us to go over and have a seat until she's ready. She came over about 10 minutes later with two little red baskets which contained gloves, an alcohol swab, and the booster shots.30 seconds later, we are now both boosted and on our way! Well... we did have to complete the mandatory 15 minute observation period. Besides that, we're all good! All in all - very efficient, clean, and organized. It helped that there was no one there too. I'm glad we were able to get this complete while we were in the Outer Banks.

Too many issues to start commenting on! For 2 years they have issues with filling my scripts. I'm stuck on an island. Been caring for my parents. It's not like I can go anywhere else! So I deal with it. I have had to stop 2 daily meds that I've been on for over 25 years! So, as my mom was dying, cvs let me withdrawal during it all! I'll never forget!I also have a script there from Jan 8th.... And no, they have not filled it. Go figure!

They are impossible to get prescriptions filled. They make it sooo hard for patients that need their medication. I will never Use the Manteo cvs ever again and will Sha my experience with everyone I know!

This CVS is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We recently made appointments for flu and Covid booster shots. We arrived a little early and they prepped our shots and we were out of there in no time. If you use the drive-up window, they are just as helpful and friendly. I can honestly recommend this CVS in Manteo to everyone.

On vacation. Full responsibility for leaving medication at home. 3rd day without insulin and they have other orders to fill. Will never do business with cvs again. While I know everyone needs their prescriptions. Insulin can be a life or death or at least avoiding a visit to the ER.

Worst pharmacy ever! Staff is rude especially the pharmacist, she acts like she hates her job, a tree has more compassion than she does! Even though CVS is 1 Mike away, I'll drive 12 miles for a Walgreens!

They do NOT observe their posted hours and close at will. Do NOT waste your time going here late unless you call first. Very unprofessional!
