“I have been renting from Carolina Dunes since February and one thing I can say is Eddie & Malinda are absolutely amazing!! Hands down! Always reply at a timely manner always answers any questions or concerns and always helps with any maintenance issues pretty quick. This is my first own apartment and I’ve always heard many bad experiences from long term renters (not Carolina Dunes ) but my experience has so far been the best yet and I can only thank Carolina Dunes for making a 22 year old girls life easier”

“Our first time buying in OBX was at first nerve racking when we looked at the options from Kitty Hawk to the Hatteras Island villages, and the large number of realtors to choose . That is, until we contacted David Weybright. David was the consumate professional: prepared, knowledgeable, and absolutely friendly. When we arrived to visit our first set of listings, DavId explained everything with patience and helped us with every step in our thought process. We ended up reaching a purchase decision the same day!! A big thank you to Coastal Outer Banks Realty and David Weybright. You made our dream of owning a place in the Outer Banks a reality and wonderful experience!!!”

“I’ve grown up visiting the OBX and staying at Pirates Cove with my family for 20+ years. We absolutely love everything about it and have made so many memories! Pirates Cove is very private, typically quiet unless on the Marina, and very well kept. We’ve stayed in many different buildings over the years. The past 3 years we’ve stayed in the same unit, it’s perfect for our family and it’s beautiful! However, this years stay was a little frustrating. The elevator was out all week, our washer and dryer were out of commission, and it seemed as though house keeping ran through and cleaned as quickly as they could. We had to call and have the floors cleaned, after putting our 7 months old down and he was covered in dirt/sand/pet hair and his skin was black after crawling around. They did come up to “clean” the floors while we were gone, but didn’t do a very good job. The same mop with a dirty head has been sitting in the laundry room for the last 3 years. I’m assuming that’s what they use, but it’s never washed. My husband ended up buying cleaner and mopping the floors…for the amount of money people spend to stay here, the amenities should be properly and timely repaired, and the units cleaned fully.”
