“I stopped at Dollar General #18666, located at 15575 NC HWY 53E, MAPLE HILL, NC. on Monday afternoon (5:45 pm), 06-12-2023, on my way home from Wake Forest after a heartbreaking weekend due to my 3 y/o grandson falling and breaking his femur bone. Being stressed and very melancholy, I was surprised by the spirited “Welcome to Dollar General!” from Customer Service Representative Twanna and a sweet customer as I walked in. My purpose for stopping was to purchase the old-school Chick-O- Sticks. Twanna was immediately helping me look for Log Cabin candy after telling me that the store didn’t carry the Chick-O-Sticks. Twanna and the lovely customer didn’t give up and I felt like they truly cared about me finding what was basically intended to be comfort food. Twanna was kind and very professional; her willingness to go beyond what others may have offered was greatly appreciated. Twanna’s an excellent representative of your organization and I hope that you reach out to her and let her know that her genuineness was noticed, she actually lightened my mood before I made it home.”
