They are great as long as you don't ask them where your package is that says delivered to your mail box. Or when they don't feel like delivering your packages and they leave a tag that says tried to deliver please pick up on this date when you where at home and no one even tried to deliver your package. And God forbid if you have a simple question for them and they are having a bad day... (which is everyday)

This is the third time this has happened! Checked my email said my package was delivered ,me and my husband goes and check wasn’t in there ..this a Saturday can’t get a hold of anybody to get it straightened out ,No sense in that somebody needs to do their job right it’s carelessness!!!

Crystal Sparks refused to hand me my mail, inside the post office, even when I offered to show ID. She was on some sort of weird emotional, power trip because the address was to a business, a business who's uniform I was wearing...Stay away from this woman, I think she might be actually deranged.

My package was delivered to the post office, got confirmations and everything, but they somehow ‘lost’ it. This place has 3 stars for a reason, apparently.

Moved into the area fill out all the address changed forms and they keep holding and sending my mail to the return address. If mail has my address send it to my house. Never had this problem with any other post office.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. Had a letter that said I could pick up on certain day. Went in to get it and they said the driver had it. I asked why would it say I could pick up today "oh because it will be available when she gets back." Well then have that time on the slip left in my box. Because if you tell me I can pick up a package on the 25th then I should be able to pick it up the minute they open. There have been other times mail has taken a lot longer to get to me as well.

But when I flagged them down and asked for my package, they said they didn't have it. This was not even five minutes after they put a sorry we missed you note in my mailbox. This ain't slacking off this is just pure laziness.

I've had multiple packages supposed to be delivered by the post office, but not once was it delivered. I'm home when they do their delivery run so I thought it was someone slacking off. But when I flagged them down and asked for my package, they said they didn't have it. This was not even five minutes after they put a sorry we missed you note in my mailbox. This ain't slacking off this is just pure laziness.
