These people suck. I was looking for a long cardboard box that I desperately needed to ship something in, and when I drove by their business they had a mountain of large boxes in the parking lot. So I pulled in, quickly explained why I was there, and offered to PAY for a box, and they refused me! I didn't know cardboard was so *precious*,....cheap....

I had my car worked on by them in Feb. Today (1/1/25), I was coming home from Charlotte and heard a horrible noise. I pulled into Gerber to see if they could look at it to make sure it was safe for me to drive the remaining 30 miles home. Tonya Williams not only took it for a test drive, but had several mechanics drive it to see what it was. She wasn’t going to let me leave until it had been diagnosed. The mechanic found a bolt that was missing from the previous repair job. They did all this without me having an appointment. And no charge. I would highly recommend them and love how wonderful Tonya is to all her clients.

I’ve had to go twice, I went back a second time because they did such a good job the first time! Matched my paint perfectly, looks like the car had never been in an accident. The staff is amazing, kept me informed and great service. Reasonably priced! Will go back again if I have to.

My wife hit a deer on her way to work last week. At the suggestion of our insurance agent, we decided to have the repairs done at Gerber Collision and Glass. Well, we just picked up the car and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The car looks fantastic. The staff kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs. Thank you for a job well done.
