Had my holiday rambler fixed and he charged me 800dollars more than the quote he told me and done no extra work than I first told him and leaves rude emails cause I still owe him 600 dollars I am sorry but when you tell someone it won't run over 3000.00 you should stick to what you say

We came to them with a 2017 heartland fifth wheel camper. We had several issues that needed to be fixed. They were EXTREMELY helpful with helping us navigate through insurance and we all know that’s normally a nightmare! The office staff is AMAZING! We had some bumps with shipping the materials needed (thanks to Covid and no supplies anywhere) but they were on top of keeping us informed at all times! I honestly can’t say enough about how great this business is for ALL camper needs! When we picked our camper up yesterday it literally looked brand new! I can’t thank them enough!! Fast, friendly and done right the first time. They've replaced a leaking window and fixed the roof of my 35 ft. motorhome, no further issues with either. When I say fast, they had it done in less than two weeks on both jobs. I trust them with my rig above all others. When I'm ready, they'll be the ones to upgrade my flat screen TV.

I’ve been taking my RV Class A coach to Bob’s RV for about a year. I was actually sent to them by another RV service center that was having trouble diagnosing slide out issues. Now I won’t go anywhere else…The other posts raving about Dale and his staff are spot on! Honesty and professionalism every time. And they always take the time to talk and educate me :-)!It would be very important to include Bob’s RV for any quotes on any RV service work, and especially bodywork.

So thankful I ran across these fine folks!!! They did an amazing job on my fifth wheel unit! I made the mistake of letting a local detail the camper and she sprayed a harsh abrasive on one side and let it dry. I thought it was ruined. Thanks to Frank Roland and his expertise he was able to dedicate many hours to it and got it looking better than new on that side! I am so pleased with his work and the entire staff at this place goes above and beyond to make the experience a wonderful one!! Thank you Frank, Dale and Erica for all your help!!
