Hateful people working today. I usually like the staff besides that one big dude. I don't know who these people are but I will not be coming back when they're working. The were also hateful to the cashier and taking bad about two other employees at the store that I always see working hard.

I went in for some stocking stuffers a week before christmas. Nothing on shelves, couldnt find what i needed, a half a dozen employees there, laughing and making more noise than the shoppers, couldnt get any help finding things, spent an hour looking. Didnt find what i was looking for which was an item commonly at the store on a daily. They were cutting up and goofing off, not helping anyone, noisy, and in the way and no products on shelves. Only 1 cashier and the line was down the aisle. It was a disaster.

Just wanted to thank the 3 ladies working today (9/8/2024.
I came by to do a little craft shopping, and to pick up an online order.
While showing my email to verify my online purchase, I laid my wallet down.
Well 30 minutes later, I realized my wallet was gone.
The sweet ladies had it locked in the office for me.
Thank you ladies so much.

I don't normally do this but this time I'm going to say something....I will never go into this dollar tree ever again,on the aisle where the shampoos and cosmetics are there was a young woman stocking the shelves with another one on the opposite aisle, well she had her radio playing rap music and her mouth didn't stop especially with the profanity.....all I wanted to do was quietly shop,I finally took what I had in my basket and tossed it bk on the shelf,I then put my basket bk and walked out......the one on the five lane is cleaner and none of this type of thing going on,I do not understand why people have to have this potty mouth with no regard of others.......

Does customer service exist? I went into the store and new other stores get their trucks on Wednesday. I asked a lady if she could look to see if they got any hotwheels . She was like are you gonna come in every day .i looked at her and bluntly said no and which I don’t do that but on Wednesday. I then said most people actually attempt to look . She never did and said ok . Then I just walked out . You big corporations are losing more and more customers every year . You won’t have control of the market forever . Remember there’s always another ten dollar stores down the road .that will actually move and help a customer out . People are so lazy and don’t even care .
