Terrible customer service. Shelled installation. They failed to show up twice. After a lot of conversations, an agent offered $ 10 off for 12 months. I got my bill. Full price. I contacted them. They said they have no record of this. I even have a ticket number. 2577820. My advice is to go with spectrum.

Have been a customer for years as they had been only provider in our area other than satellite. As they" improve" their equipment, it is only getting worse by the month. Today is 8/8 and our service has been out every day this month. Except today but, the day is still young.

Had hughesnet and it was worse than bad. Frontier is a great option for those who can't get fiber. I applaud the service for what it is.
