I had excellent customer service from both a manager and a cashier January 9th, 2025. Over the phone, the manager was quick, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. In store she continued to be efficient and pleasant. The cashier helped me identify a product (I was calling it the wrong name) and curteously defused a grumpy customer in line (1:30pm). Overall the store was clean, well organized, and products were placed logically - the appropriate oil and gas additives were shelved directly with the generators. Excellent experience. Thank you ladies!
