Drove an hour there and back just to be sold a box with every mount bolt broke off in it. Now both the money and the truck are gonna be down all weekend. I should have to check the part for damage or broke off bolts before I even walk out the door.Edit: we called that Friday and the beginning of the week and went to voice-mail. Never got a call back nor a reply to either email address. Ended up having to fix the box to get the truck out of my way.

Terrible customer service, the guy at the counter had multiple people waiting and he ignored everyone and was answering the phone didn’t even acknowledge he had a line, two people walked out I would of too if I wasn’t next in line, then when we got to the counter we politely asked if we could enter the junk yard and his answer was we don’t let anyone into our junk yard With an attitude i wasn’t aware but I obviously looked online before heading up their and was informed they would be able to help with my search that wasn’t the case maybe they should update their website he then with an attitude said we only have trucks here as if I offended him or something wouldn’t recommend

Been dealing with Jimmy since I was a kid working under my dads feet. He is a great man with great business ethics and moral character. Something that is hard to find anymore. Always first class service, still use them all the time to this day. Highly recommended for your recycled parts needs.
