These people were very accommodating to serve us in getting our vehicle repaired and in a timely manner. We were kept up to date on anything delayed and when the finish date would be. My husband and I would return to them again if need be.

I got my reservation via progressive insurance for my car repair, so rescheduling was necessary. The only downside was that I wasn't aware of my work hour and this shop's hour were completely overlapping. I had to email them multiple times to get a reply of "You mail was in junk folder", and I still didn't get any rescheduling. Thanks for letting me know that my mail was in junk folder but now you saw my mail 2 weeks ago, could you please just give me the new repair schedule for my car?

I would highly recommend not going to John’s Precision Autobody. By all means I am not telling you not to; but I will share my experience with them. I have a 2020 Honda Civic that is fully paid for if you can see my frustration with this. In January it was involved in a small accident due to another driver, nothing major but it was about $4,500 in total. I’ve always dealt with this body shop, always recommended and spoke highly of until now. It was put into the shop right at 6 weeks. All the body work and paint was finished about 3 weeks. The other 3 weeks was spent trying to ‘fix’ their mistakes. In the process they have damaged parts on the car that wasn’t damaged in the first place. They have since replaced some of those parts but not all. I went to pick my car up and there was still multiple things wrong with it. I calmly pointed them out and the owner stepped in yelling at me telling me she will not fix the issues (that was caused by them) I asked again calmly if I can get that in writing and she rudely said no yelling for me to get off the premises. Which I did. It is now going to cost over $600 to have the paint fixed, if they don’t have to repaint it at that point it will be a lot more. And that’s not counting the parts that will need to be replaced from them messing up which are around $450. Edit: Those are only a few pictures, not all, of the damages done and how bad the paint is. It has been hand washed multiple times with correct products and the paint doesn’t correct itself like they said it would.

John’s Precision Auto Repair is not a shop I would recommend to anyone. I had to have repair work done to my 2017 F-150 truck. I took my truck to the shop and received a quote. A couple days later the insurance adjuster came out and looked at my truck, he agreed with the estimate and made no changes. I called John’s to set up an appointment for repair. I was told to bring it two weeks later and that it would be a six day repair job. I took my truck for repair at 8:00 am on Monday, January 18. My truck should have been ready on Monday, January 25. However, it was not ready. At that point, I was told they were waiting for parts. I called back multiple times over the next several days to ask when the truck would be ready and it seemed as each time, I was given a different date and told different parts that they were waiting on. Finally, on Friday, February 5, I was told that I could pick up my truck, but there were still three parts they were waiting on and I could take it for the weekend, but would need to return it on Monday afternoon to get the other parts put on. So 15 days after dropping my truck off for a 6 day repair, I picked it up. After pick up, I discovered that the inside handle on the rear door would not open the door and there was overspray all over my truck including the windshield. (Just a side note, the door should not have been touched, the repair was to the bed of the truck). I returned on Monday afternoon February 8th to get the top bed rail snapped on, the F-150 sticker put on and the cover for the license plate light put on. I informed them about the door and they fixed it. Then on Wednesday, February 10th, I received an email from the insurance adjuster informing me that he had just received an invoice for an additional payment of $1600.00. The adjuster stated that John’s did not ask for or receive prior approval for this supplement. The adjustor told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of it. I replied to the adjustor that John’s had never said anything to me about additional charges. My recommendation is that you do use John’s Precision Auto for any auto body repair.Service: Body & Trim
