I ordered a stove easy order electric with 3 prong plug-in. We'll let's just say I ended up in the store waiting over an hour to talk with customer service with an employee. She was great. But I will not order another appliance from them. I will go out of town to Home Depot. By the way, that in store visit was the 4th time with customer service. The first stove that was delivered the glass was busted. The 2nd stove took me 5 days to get. Just FYI

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I didn't know you couldn't get a veteran's discount on a product that was already discounted. Disappointed!

I have had a handful bad experiences at this Lowe’s to the point where I would rather drive the extra 40 minutes than deal with their incompetence. First, Lowe’s botched the delivery of my dishwasher 4 times a month of calling them and another Lowe’s location to try to get it resolved and it still hasn’t been made right. Second, I ordered a standard color of paint and after I had used it to paint a wall and touch up another wall came to the realization that the color wasn’t mixed right. Third, I placed an order online and got busy and received an email saying that the order would be cancelled if I didn’t pick it up tomorrow. That day came and went and 7 days later I received an email that thanked me for picking up my order, which I never picked up since I had been told that it would be cancelled. Fourth, today I went into this location and had 2 sheets of plywood cut to the exact same dimensions only to get to the job site to discover that only 1 of the sheets was cut to the correct dimensions. Not sure what is going on here but it’s just not worth the headache.

We went in mind to purchase a new washer and dryer set. We chose the set we wanted to purchase and we were told it wasn't in stock. To make things even more confusing the sales person said they couldn't even get it anymore. So the next logical question was, can we not just purchase this set? (We needed it that day anyhow) That was a hard NO. So Lowes lost that sale. I wonder...how much money Lowes does lose because of asinine policies like this? As we were leaving the same sales person was having a similar conversation with another couple only about a different appliance.
