I needed a tire fixed; plugged and aired. The technicians were great, very friendly, courteous and done great work. However, the front office and clerical staff needs classes and educated in customer service and courtesy. I wasn’t treated like a customer, I was treated as I was in their home and bothering them for their business and services.

I was on vacation and needed a tire replacement for my trailer. I rolled the tire into the reception room and a technician came out and took it to the garage and I followed him. We spoke briefly and I then went back to the counter and paid. I was out the door within 15 minutes! Who knew, quick, competent service as a business model!!

Best place to get tires or service for your vehicle. Best prices and very honest. You will not be told wrong or told you need something you don't. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

They were very busy but they worked fast and got me in and out of there pretty fast putting on 4 tires and price was good also.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered tires on Monday… were to arrive wed. Called Thursday… no one knows anything. The man who ordered tires was on vacation. They were going to call me back. Spoke to manager the next Wednesday… and they were to be in Friday and he will call. Friday and no calls…. Finally see a text from 9:30 saying tires are available. Tried calling…. No answer. Drive there and the original man was there. Told him my tires were in…. Got a text instead of a call. He stated he text me. I asked when they could install… he said they were very busy. I told him I had been waiting since last Monday… his response was he could send tires back. Told him to go ahead.

I have no idea, who's the Boss or manager on that place, last week, I was there, I wait a least 45 minutes and no body...NO BODY was for me. It's that supposed that " THEY TO BUSY FOR ME!!!
