“Went there today and since I had to wait in line at the drive-thru, when I finally made it to the window, I was told that it is past closing. Really? I was told that since there was so many car's in line. There were 2 cars in front of me. It's 1:30. Hope your plans were worth losing a customer !!!!!!!!!!!! I definitely didn't mean to give a 5 Star.”
“I have to say I love my pharmacy! I usually go to the drive thru but today I needed something from inside as well as filling my prescription. I go in and start looking down the aisles and I here "Christian are you looking for something ?" I turned around to see 1 of the ladies that work there. I told her what I needed and she pointed me right to it as well as letting them know to fill my script. The staff are always so friendly and the fact they know me by name is amazing. As my mom said..."it's like Cheers! Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name!" I really appreciate everybody that works at McDowell Family Pharmacy!”
“I have been a customer here ever since moving to the area over 7yrs ago. I like supporting small town pharmacies and this one is by far the best one I've ever done business with. I am on routine prescription medications so I need to go at least monthly. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help you with anything they possibly can. One of the Pharmacists Tom is familiar with me and if I ever have any questions he makes sure I understand completely before turning me loose! I can't say enough about them here and definitely prefer and highly recommend them!”
