I went into Sally's the other day and first thing this worker came up to me, her name is Hannah. She was awesome, helpful, and super sweet!

Went in this afternoon to find some hair color and the 2 ladies working were very knowledgeable and helpful. While I was in the checkout line, someone called and was shouting rude, awful things at the woman who answered. She tried very hard to help the customer on the phone and spoke calmly and professionally even though the caller was being incredibly rude, loud enough that myself and other customers could hear. You have a great employee who kept cool and professional despite very intense disrespect. Gave several options on how to help and was kind in a situation I would have lost my temper in. Don’t know their names, but both employees deserve recognition and respect for how they handled the situation.

I went into the store in a frenzy on 6-1-23 late in the afternoon because I needed to dye my hair for a job interview. The sales representative was so nice and so attentive. I explained that I wasn’t getting good results with the product that I was currently using and she directed me to a brand product that may be more suitable. My hair came out great thanks to her! Thank you so much!

Had a terrible experience at Sally’s in Marion. The rude employee walked right over top of me straightening shelves while I was trying to shop. I’m assuming it was a hint that my child wasn’t supposed to even look at anything let alone point to it. She rudely walked over top of us to straighten anything we touched. We walked out and will never go back. Went right across to Walmart and bought the same product for a cheaper price.

I wish I caught her name, but I had the sweetest lady help me today! She asked if I needed any help, I showed her the kind of color I was looking for, and she showed me so many options. She gave me so much good advice and was so informative about each and every brand and product she showed me. Every time I’ve gone here, the staff has been so friendly and I had to leave a review after my experience today :)

Recent shift in staff has been good, but I’m upset that this is the 2nd time since the pandemic I’ve shown up at this store and the doors are locked despite the website, sticker on the door, and Google saying the place is supposed to be open. I live in a more rural part of the county, so having to drive all the way out here assuming the store to be open and being wrong. I’ve wasted gas money getting here and I’ll still need to come back tomorrow? I called but nobody is answering the line.

Ugh, so I have been a cosmologists for 13 years. I have bought my Clippers and trimmers from Sallys for many year. My husband surprised me with new Clippers about a week ago. I opened and tried to use but something was wrong with the clipper blades. Which my hubby could have never know when buying. So I tried to fix but they never worked and they pulled the hair. So I boxed them right back up. Today I take them back to Sally's to replace or trade in for a new pair. The girl informs me that Sally's does not replace or trade Clippers or trimmers. So I ask her, since when. She says, since ever. Which is news to me since I have done this before. So moral of the story is do not buy Clippers or trimmers from Sally's if you want replacement policy. Now my husband is out 100.00.
