I want to SCREAM TO THE MOUNTAIN TOPS HOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING KATRINA CRAFT-STRICKLAND IS!!! Her customer service is over and beyond expectations! She is very knowledgeable and helpful! We went in store for home internet, and with her determination she made sure we got the services that we inquired about. Honestly it wasn’t the easiest process with US Cellular, but simply because of KATRINA’s customer service we decided to stay and give the company a chance!!! So if you’re going to Premium Wireless please please please ask for KATRINA CRAFT-STRICKLAND, she will MAKE SURE you receive the most amazing customer service possible!
