Not a bad place but the “manager” Tim shouldn’t have the right to even assist in a customer service based industry. With a clear lack of intelligence he spout off “policy” while refusing to actually assist. I’ve had employees be extremely helpful here. Then Tim pops up with his hard on for “corporate policies” and forgets that logic and service is supposed to be his job. I was turned away without even a thought put into how he could actually help me with my phone issue. Hopefully Ms. Tim finds a way to actually be productive in the work environment, otherwise everyone else may have to deal with similar issues. The moral is. If you go to Verizon. Stay away from anyone named Tim just to be safe.

Very wonderful experience, Caleb and his associateon staff filled my orders efficiently and with expertise. The folks at the Shelby location should come up to this location to see how you should run a store.

Robbie provides quick assertive assistance while upgrading my phone this morning. He maintains professionalism. Manager Shawna was somewhat disrespectful when asked for help. Still provided excellent service!

Upgraded cell phone. It was simple process for the trained staff. I must have timed my arrival at a perfect time in that I didn't wait at all.Very efficient staff.

No common courtesy at all. The guy I spoke with lacked not only knowledge but intelligence. Walked out and will not return. Wasn’t willing to even speak on my issue. Drive an extra few minutes and go to banner elk.

Please take my advice and just stay far away from this company. I would give negative feedback if I could. These employees lack any common decency at all, let alone customer service skills. I’m fairly certain their pay is commission base, therefore They are ok until after they get you roped in with their sales pitch. If there’s no money to be made then they are extremely rude bullies , and they refuse to do anything productive at all but stand there and waste space. This is literally the worst I have ever been treated by anyone in my life. The main offenders are Claudia, Robert and Vaughn. Verizon needs to cut them loose because they are costing the company thousands of dollars by deterring customers. Not to mention Verizon’s service has become spotty and just awful. This company use to be everyone’s go to, it’s a shame that it will probably soon be a thing of the past.

This business as a whole has gone downhill PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY. customer support gives you the run around for hours and store personnel are rude, pushy and try to intimidate. I had the cops called on me because I simply told them they lacked customer service skills. The manager CLAUDIA is a pushy, pathological liar. Again BE WARNED STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The service is absolutely horrible, customer support is leaves much to be desired and in store customer service is non existent.

Tried to up sale me way too much. With phones they didn't even have in store. They got upset when I mentioned a Verizon store in a neighboring town. We left and went to Morganton saved $40 on current bill and 2 new phones

Don’t recommend this company don’t ever get this company. Their service is bad and they will hack your credit card. They tell you a payment and then they will double it don’t ever go with this company. Don’t recommend it at all. Their service is terrible.

Did not like the sales man very rude and not friendly. Could not help me with my iphone problem.
