I went to this gas station on Wednesday, early afternoon. I had to go inside to use a gift card I’d received, to get the Pump #11 started. After I used my $25 gift card I tried to fill the rest of my gas tank ($25 doesn’t do it anymore). I removed the handle to reset the gas pump. Waited, while machine told me to wait…I finally went back into the store to ask if they could reset it for me. The cashier actually told me I was “being hateful.” I was stunned!!! The other cashier came outside to the pump and had to manually get the pump to start my transaction. I put in another $8. + and filled up my tank. HATEFUL???? The cashier was obviously having a bad day. I’ve never had anything like this happen. I am also a cashier. I’ll just never go back.

Decently kept, staff was friendly but no restrooms available (even to customers) after 10pm is a pretty out of touch policy for an interstate gas station that claims to be the "nicest on the mountain".

Smells like a wet dog. Store does not have a restroom, and is unmanaged. The cashier was on drugs. Not a safe place to stop.

Sara the manager went above and beyond for me, she really shines as a quick thinking, intelligent & and all around great person. Trish was awesome & at this fast paced, crazy busy store, she is rocking it. They helped me get my weird coupons & transactions done & I appreciated the fact Sara didn’t act like it was a burden,( which it was ) but figured everything out fast & with a great attitude ?? Make sure you appreciate these ladies. They keep your store going & I am switching my business here because of them. A++. Awesome store

The Mars Hill location has been outstanding across the board since I was first introduced to it. From the beginning I wouldn't be able to say enough good about the staff in particular. Then later, they even handled an emergency situation with precision and care, I couldn't have asked for better.

Clean bathrooms, nice selection of snacks and drinks and the employees were so upbeat and positive! Will make this the official gas station when passing through!
