Closed there store for walk in service. Also they don’t have a local number to contact anyone. Instead it gets forwarded to a national phone bank where the operators barely speak English. Therefor I could not get my problem addressed.

I would give minus 1 stars if that were available as an option.WORST company I have had to deal with since residing in NC.There is NO customer service since they automated everything.Cannot wait to change to a company with real customer service.

I placed an order on Oct 17 with an expected delivery by Oct 24. No delivery and no communication from them. Went online and got new delivery date of Oct 28. Again no delivery and no communication. Have since sent 3 emails and 1 phone call. Still no communication of any kind.
