Received wrong information on my account from branch manager which led to overdraft charge, she said the day before my account would be fine, called her three times, left descriptive messages, no response.Bad customer service. At least at this branch.

I’ve used this bank for several years. I suggest you don’t waste your time. I’ve had nothing but trouble. Tried several times to cash large checks and very rudely replied we have to take care of our business customers first . So i went to another branch with no problems ever . As well as deposited a check today and teller not once told me was a hold on . Until I checked my account later. Then I receive a call saying the check was fraudulent. After i had just recommended them to the company that wrote me the check. I have contacted them and advised them to definitely not use this bank . And i am closing all my accounts here . I recommend if you must use first citizens DO NOT use this branch. I have used Weaverville branch and canton branch with never a problem this branch has always been rude and very disrespectful.

I Went into the first Citizens Bank this afternoon To open a savings account,and Was told to sit and wait for the next available Person to help me. The Lady comes out of her office, sees me sitting there. And proceeds to Carry on a 20 minute conversation With someone. While I was waiting. She seemed genuinely irritated to have to end her conversation to help me. I have never been treated so rudely. I will take my $$ someplace else
