We have so many opportunities to complain these days about shoddy work that when we get a chance to praise superior craftsmanship, I always jump at the chance to do so. Such is the case today. My 2003 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was in an accident a couple of months ago that did extensive damage to the left front fender and front end. In fact, we feared at first that, given the age of the vehicle, it would be declared a total loss. Fortunately, that did not turn out to be the case, so the repairs went ahead as planned . . . and what incredible repairs they were, too, as you can see in the Before & After photos. If you ever get a chance to give Original Look in Marshall your collision repair work, don't hesitate to do so. This is probably the third excellent job they've done for us over the years and, as usual, I couldn't be more pleased. These good folks are very busy, however, so if you need fast turn around, they might not be your best choice. But if you can afford to wait, you will not be disappointed.

They did an amazing job on my CRV after being in an accident. They handled all communication with the other driver’s insurance and my vehicle was back in record time. Their customer service is outstanding and their work is flawless. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee to Original Look last week for damage to the front fender. Jimmy explained in detail the scope of the repair. The work was outstanding and was completed in the time frame as promised. The price was exactly as quoted and Cassidy kept us informed of the progress.
