My car was T boned in October (2022). I went through a nightmare with my insurance company to get it to a body shop but I was so lucky to find Jimmy at Original Look in Marshall. He communicated with the storage yard and the insurance company. He ordered parts right away. He managed all the work that had to be done and updated me regularly. Most especially he took over dealing with the very difficult insurance company and got the job done. I finally have my car back and it looks beautiful. I can highly recommend Original Look!

I had a wreck back in June. Took me a while to get an appointment anywhere. Called Original Look. Brought my car in for pictures and to set up an appointment in November!? They said to just leave it with them. I did!!!!! It's not even October and I already have my car back, it looks beautiful!!! This place is the best, I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs anything fixed. Such a sweet crew!!!! Thank you so much!!!

There is a reason this place is called Original Look. Unfortunately, I've hit 2 deer and had to have repairs done on my car. Both times the car came back to me looking like it did when it was new; you couldn't even tell that anything had happened. The owners are wonderful people who truly want to do a fantastic job and help others. They worked directly with my insurance company; which was fantastic. I highly recommend this place! The only problem is that they stay really busy so you may have to wait a little bit for the repairs. However, anything great is worth waiting for. So if you ever find yourself in need of some repairs on your car's body this is the place to go!

So my friend accidentally dinged the side of my brand new 2021 crosstrek with her door and unfortunately left a nasty dent and scratch. We had both used original look in the past so we decided to go there! I dropped my car off yesterday morning at 8 and they had it done this morning at 8! You can stare and look all day but there is no trace of the damage that was there!The paint is a perfect match! Also, I have a breathalyzer in my car and they worked with me and the company and they didn’t make me feel bad about them having to work around the breathalyzer. I 100% recommend them and I totally think the drive from Candler was worth it!Service: Painting

Jimmy's son that does the painting did an excellent job . I had got into a wicked rock that messed up my rocker moulding on my Lexus RC 350 F Sport . I bought another on ebay. It was blue .
