I am happy to say I got what I came for! The Prama Institute 5 Day Juice Program with Ramesh was a great experience. My mission was to reset my mind, body, and soul not only through the juice fasting but I also experienced a level of meditation and yoga that was new to me. The property is beautiful and all the nature you could ask for. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself.

I'm attending 5 day Bhakti Yoga 30 hour training with Stacey and Joel. This place is hidden in the mountain. So nice and quiet. The food (chef) is great. The place is clean, has comfy beds & large full bathroom and equipped with tea, water, and snacks 24hr. It's a great place for a retreat or training. I would come back for other programs or have my own retreat :)

I attended a 3 day silent yoga & meditation retreat 2023!! The Prama staff are wonderful, kind, and committed to peace, love, health and happiness!!! They guide you on a journey of self discovery and participate with you as well! I highly recommend an experience with Prama and the food pushes this rating to 5 stars!!! The chef is amazing!!!

This is one of my favourite places. The good water, fresh air, the vibrant trees, green hills are an instant refreshment. Prama domes hold peaceful indoor space for community building, meetings, sharing and meditation.

I recently returned from my first visit to Prama where I participated in a one-day juice cleanse and 2 days of intermittent fasting. The experience was everything I had hoped for in terms of relaxation, meditation, daily yoga and educational sessions where I learned way more than I expected. I came home with the knowledge of the various options to intermittently fast as well as the why and how juice cleansing is so important. A bonus to the retreat is all the new wonderful friends I made. We are hoping to plan another retreat together in the future.

I participated in a 5 day silent retreat and I loved it. I found the daily schedule to have a good balance of structure and free time. The yoga/qi gong teacher was excellent as were the meditation instructors. I felt that I really understood the value of meditation by the end of the retreat. I also enjoyed the different ways that we were taught to practice mindfulness, such as forest bathing, walking meditation, and the sound bath. The instructors were skilled, humorous, and kind. The setting was cozy and clean. I liked it so much that I am attending another 6 months after the first. I have also participated in their Zoom meditation and I like this as well. Oh, and how could I forget?! The food was amazing.

PRAMA was the catalyst that has allowed me to lose the weight I needed to lose and changed my eating habits in a positive direction. I'm a retired Army Colonel and attended a 5-day juice fast with my wife with few if any expectations. However the change of environment ( No TV, no snacks, no alcohol) allowed me to change my body chemistry in a way I couldn't out in the world. Now I'm on the path to a much healthier future. I'll likely do it annually to get back on track and just unplug. Try it!

I attended one of the 5 day juice cleanse retreats in July and it was life changing! I ended up continuing the cleanse for a total of 8 days because it was so easy and I felt so amazing so figured why not keep going! I have integrated the things I learned with Prama into my daily life with much success! Not only do I look great, I feel great! Not only is my skin is clearer and my waist smaller, my patience is longer and I am more balanced emotionally and energetically. I have cut down A LOT on my old coping mechanisms and have no plans of returning to the stuck space I was in before the cleanse because now I have new tools. I co-own a yoga and Pilates studio so live a yogic lifestyle but never imagined just 5 days could bring a whole new depth to things I was already aware of. I have started referring my own students to Prama who need help too and cant wait to offer something similar in my own business because it works! Don't think about booking a retreat, just book it! You will not regret it!

I recently spent a 3 day Silent retreat weekend in Marshall NC at the Prama Institute. I can not recommend this enough. The facility is gorgeous and surrounded by natural beauty. I awoke each day to coffee/tea and ate a nutritious breakfast prepared on site while watching butterflies and bees pollinate the flowers. Meditation, yoga and journaling filled my days and I found by the second day I wasn't concerned to find a clock. Everything was just taken care of and I was able to focus on my own inner thoughts and self care. I learned so much. If you are on the fence about attending a class or retreat at Prama...just go.I do wish I had taken photos to share here.

I loved my five-day silent retreat, which included a forest bath, sound experience, yoga, stunning poetry and incredible vegetarian meals. Whether you attend solo or with a friend, and regardless of age, I highly recommend Prama.

I attended the “Joy Of Meditation” retreat at Prama March 10th-12th— I was looking to gain new perspective, a way to get back into meditating, and I was looking forward to fasting. I drove 8 &1/2 hours to the retreat from Ohio. When I arrived the staff on board was very nice, one of the ladies I didn’t really care for because of her response to the loose dogs being on the property. (Everybody is not dog friendly) I booked a private room— so I had to drive from the main area to my room. I felt like it was an inconvenience more than anything because I would have preferred to stay in the main lodging. At night time it is extremely dark and hard to see— driving back to the room after a late session. The room was not my typical way of living— it wasn’t clean and the covers had a weird smell. I also requested new sheets that I did not get. I was completely uncomfortable with my sleeping situation but I made it work because I knew that this experience was temporary. After while the meditation/yoga/group meetings became repetitive. Like school—- and I didn’t like the food…. Unfortunately I was ready to go Saturday evening. It seems like what they had to offer me, I already had within myself. I wasn’t running away from anything to fill a void so I was expecting a top tier retreat and I got 5th grade camp vibes. Nonetheless I met some very interesting/nice people on a journey to finding joy! True joy/happiness is within. I’m thankful for what I learned and it showed me what I would do differently. It wasn’t as accommodating for the price

I recently participated in the 3 day silent meditation retreat and overall really enjoyed my experience. The highlight was the food! I am not a vegetarian, but I will definitely be trying to recreate some of these recipes at home. The setting is just gorgeous and really helps to get you in the right mindset for a total reset. Our instructors were all amazing. They were able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and both meditation and yoga were accessible for all experience levels. I would recommend bringing a book, especially if you normally spend a lot of time on your phone so you have a distraction when there's not an activity planned for you.
