LEARN TO PRIORITIZE YOUR CUSTOMERS?- Need more in store help (Lines Long)- Pickup is more important than in store- Not the nicest employees in the world, a smile wouldn’t kill em.Never should someone in store be waiting for anything when there’s employees working on pickup orders for later.Is it that hard to provide good customer service? Stopped by to just pick up a few things & just needed some cash back. The chick at the register couldn’t get it to work for whatever reason (she didn’t know what she was doing) & this is after waiting in line for 3-4 people) so she refers me to customer service.I go over to customer service to stand for another 15 mins while two employees work on one pickup order behind me. Standing there staring at me like I’m not in need of help and the manager lollygagging around with buggies in the front of the store. So I’m just glad to know that you prioritize your customers that don’t come into the store over your in store customers.Keep in mind I stop at this store at least 4 times out of the week on the way home from work. They need to hire more help or something because the lines are ridiculous as well.

It's twice as Nice friendly the employees are friendly I loved the environment it was nice and clean and everyone helped as much as they could if you needed it it was wonderful and I love the lady Miss Griffin and his at the deli and bakery she did a great job on our platters that we had ordered

I love Foodlion!! I’ve shopped there almost every day for two years and they have the most helpful staff!! The weekly specials and sales are always on point every week and there is always something I want and need on sale!!

Poor customer service. My mother cut her arm IN THIS STORE and asked deli, customer service, and cashiers for a bandaid and they didn’t have one and wouldn’t go get her one. My mother has lupus and cut her arm on a box in the egg section with bacteria and nobody wanted to stop their conversations to help her. First aid is required in deli, but nobody had any. First aid is required in the office, but nobody had any. First aid is required in the store, but nobody had any and refused to go on an aisle and get a bandaid, they gave my 54 year old mother paper towels. Don’t treat somebody like they're a Karen when you forget to use compassion and common decency as a person. Bloods probably still on the eggs because nobody bothered to check the place that cut her. I give strangers bandaids from my purse any time someone needs it. How dare you see someone bleeding and not feel compelled to give a bandage - any of them customers and employees. Do better people. Have compassion and kindness in your heart.

My go to place. Love the home town store. Great deals every week especially on sodas. Friendly manager and staff.

It's an okay place to stop. If you aren't from the area you may miss it because it sits off the road a little. It's organized slightly different than the food lions I've been too. I only go to this one when I don't feel like going to my regular one. The shopping center it's located in seems to be slightly in need of a little pick me up. The area doesn't seem to be the best.

Easy to park, this location usually has some items regularly stocked that some other foodlion around here don't have which is nice.

I would have to say that 95% of the time employees at the store are busy and pleasant and generous of spirit... The quality of the items in their store are not always at the top of the list because we have some young teenagers who do not know what fifo is... To the degree that I asked the person why they were not using the "first in first out" rule??? He said that their company doesn't require... This is a bold-faced lie. He needs RETRAINING.... DO I HAVE TO CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING I PICK UP IN YOUR STORE??? YES!!! Sadly, these teenagers are getting paid to NOT check dates...OMG .... Prices are not always correct to the ad paper in their computer.... Two employees that can be called out in a good way are... Miss Erika, Miss Heather... Oops I forgot Miss Laura in the deli !!! I would love to see these individuals promoted & TRAINING others. My simple observation.Carry ON??? ???

Awesome experience! The store was humming with shoppers and fully stocked. My produce selections were fresh and competitively priced. Employees were sanitizing all areas. Any everybody was adhering to safety recommendations. And outstanding customer service to top it off. #FoodLionConsistent and courteous staff and great shopping experience!
