Never understand how a 9100 ktm 300 left at 10,500 with 3k cash down on the bike. Got screwed. Definitely out to take advantage of you. Better watch the paperwork. The managers a pos , he sat right there and worked it straight into that knowing he was taking advantage of someone.

This place in the past has always been great. I’m not one to leave reviews but the experience I had this week and the way we were treated were as if we were incompetent and a bother. Staff sucks. You work at a motorcycle shop you aren’t better than anyone.

Great shop, loads of good inventory on the floor. Solid service department, David got me taken care of quick and Scott has a immense amount of knowledge regarding everything and anything on 2 wheels. I'll be back!

Gave me a good run a round. Was interested in a bike they had for sale on their site. I contacted them and spoke with a sales rep, only for them to tell me that they would call me back. Waited for a salesperson to call me back and never did. When I decided to call back they claimed to be busy and would give me a call back. Fast forward to that week, got a price for a bike and asked for a bill of sale and they never contacted me back. Waited at the bank for a bill of sale and never got a call.
Just went up to their dealership this weekend and it took them 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I was the only customer there and no one was interested in making a sale. They give motorcycle shops a bad rep.

Everything was good when they were selling me the bike. Unfortunately my bike was stolen and I need my gap addendum and then to cancel my warranty because they're the only ones can do it. I've tried for 2 weeks and spoke to 3 different people & every time they say they'll call me back and NEVER HAVE! If they were making money they'd be all over it! I never leave bad reviews but tell this necessary!

Andrew was a great help In finding the right motocross bike for me ! He was patient while I was making my final decision on which one to choose, worked around my tight schedule and made me feel welcome while offering great advice and guidance . He had the best intentions for me in mind and definitely took care of me ! I’m highly satisfied with my purchase and who I decided to do business with . He made sure I had everything I needed to properly maintain my bike and have fun while being safe ! He also had 2 guys with him that did an awesome job helping me get loaded and offering advice that was very helpful and appreciated! I felt like family in the end ! Will definitely be returning in the future and asking for Andrew. Thank you to the guys at 10 cycles located in Matthews !??

Excited to buy my new bike great sales and service guy. However, they never had the bike inspected by department of NC , as the owner had let go of some staff. So, now i was on the path of finding someone to do the inspection on my own. Got it done on May 1, sent the information via text same day. It is now May 21, 2024 and No tag and No word. Text the owner this morning and no word as of yet. I am disappointed. would of loved to have given a 5 star but the aftermath horrible.

Was originally difficult to get ahold of anyone as they were short staffed. Once the process started it went well. I drove 3 hrs one way to get a 125sx from them. When I arrived there was an issue outside of their control, I was frustrated that I was just hearing of it after driving 3 hrs. Thankfully they found a work around and I left with the bike. Would do business with them again.

The purchasing experience was great, the bike is fantastic. Getting them to execute anything after the purchase, not so much. Always the same excuse of being understaffed- there is something foundationally broken with the incredible amount of turnover here, and their unwillingness to communicate when something unexpected happens- I.e. left me sitting at home waiting on delivery of my motorcycle, but they just went home, didn't even share they were not coming, or the fact they waited until my temp tags expired to call me and tell me they forgot to give the bike a NC inspection, so I had to go get it done myself elsewhere. My recommendation, Get a SDR- a fantastic road bike, just find somewhere else to do so your life will be easier in the long run

We had a great experience at 10 cycles!
We are from Illinois and were in the area for Motocross training. My son had his race bikes stolen out of our trailer. We contacted Andrew and filled him in on our situation. Andrew said no problem we got everything you need come on down and we'll get you guys hooked up and that's exactly what they did. We were in and out in one day with everything we needed to get my son back on the track and training again with little down time! The few things they didn't have in stock they got ordered and are being shipped to our training facility. I can't thank Andrew and the crew at 10 cycles enough! We will be dealing with these guys anytime we're in the area for sure..

We’ve bought several E bikes from 10 cycles over the years. From OSET to STACYC to Specialized they have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff in the e-bike shop really knows his stuff. He’s serviced our kids STACYCs many times. He always figures out the issue. Friendly and well informed service!

Not user friendly long distance.One guy working offers is overwhelmed and it seems like the finance guy packaging deals for him treats the sales dude like a mushroom, because I can't seem to get any background or responses to my questions.
