Just signed up with AAA service spoke with a sweet lady named Hope if AAA is as good as she is our service will be amazing. Hope was one of the nicest people I've spoken to in a long time over the phone!

Very friendly staff out front. BUT!!! The auto techs in back, not so responsible! I had an alternator replacement done on my 2011 Honda Odyssey on 04/22/24. They did not reconnect my ac fan, causing my ac clutch to burn out a month later. Make sure you check your vehicle out thoroughly after getting service at this triple A service center.

Excellent service! Edwin was an immense help in diagnosing and helping on a personal level. Above and beyond service and fantastic communication skills that kept us up to date on issues as well as wonderful personable skills with being able to empathize.

The building is in shambles. Ceiling tiles were hanging down exposing insulation and pipes. The place is dirty and disorganized. They are supposed to open at 7:30 and did not. The employee who was there was new...1st day at work new...and had no clue what was going on. I left and so did the other person who was waiting.

They stated they wouldn't repair the car because they had to order it, I had a part ordered from the dealership, ready for pick up at the dealership.... The SAME part and SAME place where AAA would have gotten it, but AAA would have charged me $200 more. I understand not wanting to install aftermarket customer parts, but this was a part they would be picking up from the dealership, I just had it already ordered to save $. That's bonkers folks.

My vehicle is not running after this place serviced it a week later, now they claim no fault. The manager George is very unprofessional. Originally we thought it was altinator but was told it was surpintene belt, oil gaskets, pan, filter housing..ok so we tell them to do the job, pick the vehicle up on 11th and on 18th the failure to maintain low oil pressure on my dash comes on , vehicle shuts down, get it towed back to the location it was serviced at, they say that enternal engine failure and they can’t do anything for my vehicle to come get it!!

They were great. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. They were very efficient and very helpful. Shoutout to everyone from Kristen to Renado, and my mans that came to open my door for me.(Sorry for forgetting his name but make sure he gets his credit!) They were great. Been trying to hook up with travel people but holiday hours have made that rather difficult. Also short hours on Saturdays make this a no go as well. Hopefully we'll connect at some point. Auto repair department seems to be open, but that's not what we are looking for.

I've been a AAA member since getting my driver's license 30+ years ago. Highly recommend them in general. That being said, this particular location is close to home and we take both our vehicles there for everything from routine maintenance to inspections to all things a car would need. The entire staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and always honest. Also, the reports with photos, automated updates, etc are amazing. All that and the many other benefits of being a member. As long as able to drive, I'll have AAA and as long as I live anywhere near this location I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend.

Jose and his associate did a great job replacing my car battery. He called when he was on his way, ran a test to ensure my battery was dead, and then replaced with the correct battery. Very happy with his service!Service: Battery
