I had a fantastic experience with Flo at Caliber Collision, where she works as an estimator. She was super professional and quick to get my car damage sorted out, and the repair work turned out perfect. Isabela was awesome with contacting me with all updates.when I picked up my car it was cleaned even the trunk was cleaned. Also Stephanie was great my airbag light came on and she made sure and took the extra step to make sure that that the issue was taken care of. Caliber collision is awesome and I will recommend them to anyone.

Came here after an accident. It was great costumer service! daisy was my contact and she kept me informed every step of the way. It took a while month to repair so be prepared to pay insurance on a rental… price semas high to me as I used to get my car fixed with an auto shop im Jamaica queens and they always hooked me up, but the job was well done here and if there are issues with the items they fixed I have a lifetime guarantee

Caliber has been contracted to do work on my vehicles before. Each time, they get back to me with diagnostic information in a expeditious time. I'm informed on every stage of the repairs and they work to ensure my vehicle is returned as quickly as possible. The free car wash is an added bonus.

Despite the color of my car being a concern when I picked it up, Daisy and her manager, Amber, were able to rectify the issue and not only assure me that it would be fixed but also allow me to approve the color before the final touches were completed. As this was my first accident, I believe they not only reassured me but also communicated effectively with me. Daisy was exceptional in her treatment of customers, and in that regard, transparency is crucial, and I felt that she provided it to me, which I greatly appreciated.

My wife scraped a little bit of the back fender of her car pulling out of the garage the other day. While she is out of town, I decided to see if I could get that sanded/repainted. I went to Caliber Collision and a Service Advisor named Daisy looked at it and said 'Give me a second'. She came back with a spray bottle of diluted paint thinner and a towel. Less than a minute later, it was all fixed (the paint on the side panel was actually from the garage trim/nothing was scraped from the car)!!! She could have said, 'It will cost $X and will take a week' ... but she did the right thing!!! I am very grateful. My wife will be very grateful too!!!
