Run away from this place. If you buy defective part they won’t return . Cashier just telling we have weird return policy . On the web site policy it says may be returned if it’s defective

Horrible.
Sent there from another location for a warranty battery replacement.
The "manager" wheeled the battery, here u go.
Aren't you going to install it?
Its a warranty replacement.
He just walked away.
I went outside and called customer service, all the while, the battery sat in the store.
Finally I went back in after the call, and Siad is ANYONE GOING TO PUT THIS IN.
Eventually a scrub came out...I asked if the manager always treated people like that?
"He's under alot of stress", was his response.
WHAT???
Then this punk, stepped in gum, with his "new" shoes and saked me if I did that.
Well what if I did, really?
Got a call from dm, and explained all that I experienced, and according to him, the manager had no idea what i was there.
Yet I went to counter, said stallings sent me here, he want in back, came out with exact battery no questions, and I had heard the phone call for the stallings store to indian trail.
The manager is just a horrible person a d liar.

Not sure where all the five-star reviews keep coming from, but I've gone here several times to give them a chance and each time I've had the same experience: employees doing nothing while customers wait, low to understocked inventory on common items, and a consistently frustrating experience.
From the rest of the reviews it seems they have a really good paint department but I don't go to auto parts stores for paint so I can't comment on that. It is my opinion though that if you want to buy a common item and you're in even a slight rush it's going to be worth your time to go somewhere else. They either won't have what you're looking for or you'll wait 20 minutes to buy the one item you need that they have.

I stood in line for 11 minutes trying to buy a single item, while one employee was ringing people out and three employees were standing on their phones doing nothing except for getting paid. I ended up just leaving without buying anything

people working on paint measuring don't want to do their job properly. Every time they make paint that doesn't match the color. Requests to change paint manufacturing workflows to increase quality are denied. They have poor understanding of the range and technology of the painting process and as a result they give incorrect recommendations.

I whole heartedly agree with those who gave Dakota the highest rating of 5. I went there thinking my daughter needed a new battery for her Toyota but Dakota put the tester on it and said “ you don’t need a battery”. He didn’t try to upsale me something I didn’t need. His honesty makes me want to come back and I have already told a circle of friends the story and to patronize this store. He said what I needed was the cleaning kit because of the residue around the top so I bought it. Then he went above and beyond to clean it for me.
