I spent 17 minutes walking around their furniture department as I am trying to find a replacement couch and loveseat. The gentleman who was behind the register in the furniture area never once said a word and just continue to stand there and stare at his screen. I have a decent selection for the price and the promotion they were offering was solid with the additional 20% off but I left. Pretty bad to be working in that area and not even come acknowledge a customer

I have to give a or I cant post review, this place is so dirty and nasty, the service is crappy, the cashiers are on their phones, making videos and could care less about the store or customers the bathrooms are disgusting toilet paper everywhere on the walls, stalls, and ceiling smh, its obvious they dont clean or sanitize anything in this store. The value of the items I couldn't tell you b/c I just left I was done at that point.

If zero was an option, this would be zero. It took 3 people a very long time to ring a soda. Cashier had trouble with math. It was a terrible waste of time.They also expressed this had been an issue last year, yet we waited a ridiculous amount of time for what should have been an easy fix to a known problem.Don't waste your time.

This store has gone down hill in the past month. Apparently there has been some management changes that are NOT for the better. I am a frequent customer here and after the last few visits I may rethink where I shop.There are some new employees that are not helpful at all and are extremely disrespectful to customers as well as their employees.as an example, I stood in the check out line for over 20 minutes. Not because there was a line but because the "manager" refused to check me out and told me I needed to wait for someone else. How can you manager a store and not know how to do ALL aspects of the store. A manager is supposed to be HANDS ON in retail.

Better than South Blvd. they have male employees but those older lady cashiers are just rude (lena and renee) and I think Nick F the store manager is at Burlington.

Five stars because you can back wayyyy up to the door and they will help you load bigger stuff. They are wicked nice.

I'm done.I have quit going to big lots as the prices seem to have increased from what they were in years past for a discount type store. It's not a place for savings that it once was.Today I visited for the sole purpose of using a 20% coupon. Picked up what I wanted along with a few extra items since I had the coupon only to find I can't use it cashier states that the coupon had already been used. Not possible. It is the only one I had and it has been on my refrigerator for months. It expires tomorrow which is why I am here today.Don't send me any more coupons that will not be honored and I will not bother to try and use them. Should be easy since I won't be visiting anyway.

Wanted to purchase a chaise or couch. I filled out the application as employee informed me. We looked around he wasn't available. Finally a man told us he went on break. The man didn't bother to help us at all even after I explained to him my purpose for being there. I thought it was rude and poor customer service for the employee to leave and not inform us he was going on break. I would not spend a dime I in this store. This store has poor customer service. Or it could have been racism. Anyways horrible experience I would never return!!
