I called in an order and was greeted by a very friendly and jovial employee. He cheerfully took my order. When I walked, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was the manager himself who took my order.. very nice man and respectful. Thank you for making my day!

I went here yesterday about 1:15. I ordered a few bagels. The bagels were delicious and the girl that took my order and who prepared my bagels was very nice. Then this man came up to the register with a mop or broom in his hand and he rang up my order. No hi how are you or anything. I told him what I ordered and he rang me up. All I had was $100 bill and he got agitated and scoffu and said 'we don't have change for that'! He was nasty. I ended up paying with my debit. I will go back but hopefully he has a better attitude.

Nice place the bagel was delicious and the waitress was nice but the place was not clean. I cleaned my table and chair . First time and I will come back again .

Place needs to be bulldozed. It’s filthy. Staff are rude. Orders wrong and filled in illogical order. No ketchup available for breakfast sandwiches (“we don’t have it anymore”)Go somewhere else

very disappointed in the staff, today I arrived to pick up a take out order and I was on a call and the person on duty forced me to leave the establishment and was rude to me (it should be mentioned that he was speaking in my language) since he mentioned It bothered him that I was talking on the phone and I felt a little racism towards me because two other American customers came in and he was friendly with them but when they saw the situation that happened with me they decided to leave the store why they said no. They would buy from a place where they are not professional and ethical enough to serve and provide customer service, very disappointing.

Minus the fraud bombs four stars.Vegetarian options: Can’t even go wrong with veggie lovers for meat moo eaters still’. Shrooms better than stuffed cow or alligator for that matter.

I placed an online order on Wednesday, 02-07-24, to use my birthday reward. I ordered the twice-baked hash brown and a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. I was a little late picking up my order, but the food was still hot. I started enjoying the hash brown in the car and almost went back to get another one.

Was in the area and stopped in for breakfast. Had their Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel , very greasy , egg looked microwaved cooked, order was wrong, coffee was empty, place looked dirty and outdated. The owner needs to invest some money into it's business and do some quality control. Would not recommend and will never go back.

The bagels are phenomenal! But they are so woefully understaffed it is insane! I was there two Mondays ago and we waited 30 minutes for anybody to even take our order because they were so busy doing online orders . I finally said to him you have an enormous amount of people in the store is there anyone that will wait on us? He said I was just trying to get the 40 orders done that were online. I got there this Monday and there was one girl working by herself And she let us all know that she could not take our order for at least 25 minutes because she was by herself! I left for the second Monday in a row, and now I give up!

I feel so bad for the employees that work for John. All he does is yell at them and he always has an attitude. I don’t understand how someone can be so grumpy. There are already multiple reviews about John and yet nothing has changed. I went to pick up an order one morning and my morning was ruined. I became grumpy except I didn’t take out my anger on others. He raised his voice at me when I hadn’t even said anything yet. The people who have made my bagels have always been so nice. I feel so bad they are subject to that angry man. Maybe try therapy John or take an anger management course.I didn’t know getting bagels can become a very stressful experience.

John was HORRIBLE! So rude as I was ordering. Threw arms up for me to slow down. He is so bizarre! Also, it was 1:00pm and he would not allow 2 elderly customers to eat inside because he was almost sold out of bagels. Absolutely worst experience ever! Carley was an absolute gem!!! So sweet and patient.
