Fantastic repair shop. I was rear ended and decided to call Caliber. Got in touch with the manager Jarvis and he was amazing. Communication is extremely clear and they make the entire process as calm and straightforward as possible. If you’re in a wreck, highly recommend going here first.

Never been lied to so much in my life. I paid over 5,000.00 for a rental to drive while my around 3,300.00 job was being fixed. With my vehicle gone for a month I finally had to pick it up not finished . I’ll finish it myself!

Shane, Service Rep. and Office Manager were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the repair of my vehicle. The vehicle was delivered a few days before the expected date. Good experience overall.

Over the years I have had vehicles hit on 3 separate occasions. Each time I came to this Caliber Collision. The 1st time because this is where the insurance directed me. Subsequent visits because of the excellent workmanship, the timely updates, their arrangements for rental cars to be picked up and dropped off at the shop, and most importantly, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Nobody puts on their bucket list taking their car in for work, but if you are in this position, this particular Caliber Collision is where you want to go!

I DROPPED MY CAR OFF HERE FOR COLLISION SERVICE THEY HAVE BEEN PHENOMENAL WITH THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS AND ALSO MAKING SURE THAT ALL REPAIRS ARE DONE CORRECTLY! NICK COMMUNICATES WELL EVERYTHING I NEEDED I CALLED HIM AND HE HELPED ME OUT!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME HERE FOR SERVICE!

I took my car here for an estimate after an accident. Alex was super helpful and efficient and even helped me when I locked my keys in the car. I would recommend this location to anyone needing work or an estimate to their vehicle.

My Prius was delivered to Caliber with ropes tied to the badly damaged front fender to keep it from cutting into the tire. My car looked like the Clampets had come to town. When I picked it up after Caliber replaced the fender and a few other parts, my Prius looked brand new. In addition, I got frequent updates on the repair progress and I was impressed with that, as well.

Caliber Collision was very professional, helpful and informative.
They gave me details on the work that needed to done. Helped me with my car rental. They work with my insurance company concerning repairs and my car rental. My cars brand new. I am happy with the work that they did on my car. The completed the work early, alerted me on the work being done and when it was ready.
