The quality and selection of food and other items is great, and it is very cost effective for families and businesses. Many reviews note that the employees are kind, professional, happy, and willing to help, providing great customer service. The stores are described as very clean. However, some locations can be over crowded and busy, with parking more crowded around lunchtime. A noted downside is that electric carts for disabled individuals are not ever available, which can make the membership difficult for some. While many enjoy the shopping experience, the membership renewal fee is a consideration for some customers.
I love shopping at Costco. However I think they need to open a location in Union County as dislocation gets very very full. I experienced a line of over 40 people yesterday just to exit after you pay
