Costco Wholesale is a members-only warehouse selling a huge variety of items, including bulk groceries, electronics, and more. The quality and selection of food and other items is great, and it is very cost effective for families and businesses. Many reviews note that the employees are kind, professional, happy, and willing to help, providing great customer service. The stores are described as very clean. However, some locations can be over crowded and busy, with parking more crowded around lunchtime. A noted downside is that electric carts for disabled individuals are not ever available, which can make the membership difficult for some. While many enjoy the shopping experience, the membership renewal fee is a consideration for some customers.
We visited the Costco optical department in Matthews to get glasses for my daughter today. Julie helped us pick out a frame and explained the many options that were available. The parking is a headache at this location, I go Costco on a weekly basis sometimes have to stop by here as it’s close by my work.
