Not clear on google that you are operating by appointment only. Arrived at the location to a locked door and billboard to email. You should make it clear on google search that you are not a walk in service. Time is important to small business owners and not i have wasted mine. Will take my business elsewhere.

My company has been working with Custom Express from some time and I must say they are AWESOME! Heather, our rep has been nothing but great. We use them now for most of our embroidery and screen printing needs and they have never disappointed. We have used many contract printers before and no one comes close. Keep up the good work!!

Perhaps for larger orders they're great however, I don't think they prioritize smaller orders. I took a directors chair cover into the shop to have it embroidered, it took them SEVERAL weeks to get this “one†item ready and when I called to check the status weeks later, at first they couldn't find it and after a couple days they called to tell me it was ready for pickup. I picked up the chair cover and realized it was done wrong. I emailed to let them know and was told to bring in another one and they would not charge to embroider it. I had to PURCHASE another chair back which had to be special ordered, pay again for it and take back to have it redone properly. This time after 2 weeks this one item was complete, I went to pickup and it looked very nice, however it was put into a bag that had a wet white substance all over one side of it but I did not know this until I sat the bag on top of my leather handbag! I was so upset that I called to ask first what it was and was told by the person (Teresa or Tina) that gave it to me, she didn't know. After speaking with her for a few mins she said she noticed this all over her hands after. She placed me on hold while inquiring about what it was. She returned to the phone to tell me it was screen printing ink and she did not think it could be cleaned off of my purse. I asked her to have the owner/ management to call me back so I could discuss how to remove this and I NEVER received a call! This was 3 months ago and I have not heard back. Goes to show they don't value their customers if you aren't placing large orders. I will NEVER go back to this mom and pop shop ever again. Also the staff could use some professional development classes to help them with diversity it's apparent it doesn't exist.
