Always greeted by a team member w a smile. Pharmacy is always available to answer your questions The store is well stocked and coupons are helpful especially the 40% off I always leave w a full bag

Went to this location specifically to get vaccinated. The healthcare professional at the minute clinic was super friendly and knowledgeable and it was quick and easy. Decided to do some shopping there after. Briana Introduced herself to me and asked me if I had any questions about anything. She was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I was having trouble with signing up for CVS ExtraCare on my phone. She told me to continue shopping and she or a team member would help me when I was ready to check out. She went to the front store and spoke with an associate and told them to expect me. When I eventually made my way to the register, she met me there helped me get everything signed up and showed me how to use ExtraCare kiosk to print coupons! She was amazing and all of the staff there were super friendly and helpful. Hands-down, the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time!

Brianna is amazing!! So much knowledge and education. Her recommendations of products were pitch perfect and not overwhelming! She really listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful with my decisions about skincare and makeup. Cannot wait to show her the results from her recommendations!

Opening at 10am on Sunday is ludicrous and never on time and u have to wait forever to get prescriptions that r already filled and u can’t talk to pharmacist u have to have them call back customer service in pharmacy is terrible no sense of urgency

Yeah, too bad you can’t give zero stars because that’s what they deserve is Zero. The manager David is awful. I bought a lime Lindt bar that tasted bad. I tried to return it, but I could not find my receipt. He refused to let me exchange it for a different flavor. He said he hadn’t sold 1 in weeks. It had been 2 weeks since I bought it. You can look back on your cameras to verify that. Today I was driving by there so I tried to return it again with a different manager, Jerry who said I had already returned it and he remembered. I said if I returned it, how is it that I’m holding it right here? I explained that Greg wouldn’t let me return it even though I bought it there, but he said that David trumps him and he wouldn’t return it either. I looked on my Google maps and it shows that I have been to that particular store 49 different times. This is only my 3rd time returning something and it was the same candy bar 2 of the 3. It’s a shame to lose a frequent customer over a $4.00 candy bar that wasn’t fit to be sold in the first place. After reading the reviews, I see the consensus is that they are horrible and no one really cares about their customers. If anyone else had this problem, we should all contact CVS directly as that is what I will be doing. The customer comes first, and we don’t always have our receipt but we have the product and you have a camera showing us buying the product.

This location has an in house beauty consultant and that concept alone is top tier in my opinion. Brianna is amazing! Personable and VERY knowledgeable about her craft. She’s got tips for everything from makeup to hygiene. I’ve been to the mall makeup counters as well as Ulta to be color matched and left with expensive products that do not really match my complexion. Brianna helped me find affordable products that matched me perfectly and took the time to explain exactly how to apply. That tutorial was IT! I’m not a big makeup girlie but when I do wear it I want it to look like I am and she helped me achieve that for the first time ever. I live 30 minutes from the location and I will always bypass the other locations for this one.

Shopping at this location has been such a great experience. The Beauty Consultant Brianna assisted me with shopping for name brand fragrances and she also assisted me with makeup/ skin care recommendations. She is very knowledgeable in her field of work. This is an awesome benefit cvs has to offer their shopper. I am pleased with the service everytime I come to this location.

The 2 star reviews speak for themselves but adding one more because of the way the pharmacy employees behave generally. Acting as if taking insurance cards is a burden, and not a simple part of their job, arbitrarily shutting down the pharmacy for lunch break, and being overall unhelpful. This is CVS, not the neighborhood pool, you can’t blow a whistle and decide it’s time for break. Switching to Publix.

Brianna in the Makeup and Skincare department was excellent when I visited the store a few weeks ago. She helped me find the perfect foundation for me as I got flashes, lol. She was very knowledgeable about the products, and even showed me how to utilize the CVS site for coupons, and how log into my CVS account. Brianna is such an asset to this organization, she is the only reason I shop at this location (there's another location not too far from my home)!

We needed a prescription after visiting urgent care. Got there at 1:45 and was told to come back after 2PM. Come back at 2:25 and the pharmacy is closed for the day and was told they were open all morning and closed at 2PM. Once again the CVS customer care is abysmal. I don’t know how this company stays in business.

My experience has been amazing. Brianna in cosmetics is absolutely wonderful. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I’ve been looking for a lip liner for a while that could replace my Mary Kay one. She went out of her way to look up different Brands and colors that you carry that would be equivalent to what I’ve been using. She found the perfect one for me. It’s even better than my Mary Kay. This is the only CVS that I’ve ever been in that there’s somebody there to help you find something, and is so knowledgeable and friendly.
