Don't know what has happen at this place, but since they have changed all personnel at the Pharmacy they have went from top-notch to the bottom of the barrel. They are very slow, higher than Harris Tetter and can come off with a little attitude. I hope they can get better personnel and get back to being a trusted Pharmacy. Look at recent reviews and see how they have really went down hill in the last year.

This location is always busy and the staff does their best, however there is always a line at the front checkout. Pharmacy is efficient and I am seen in a timely fashion at the minute clinic. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I arrived at the pharmacy 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed for lunch. I waited 5 minutes and after five minutes the girl says, we're closing. I say that I've been standing here for 5 minutes, she says no you just came. The girl who worked was just talking and doing nothing. The manager's name was Natalie. 0 stars , everybody is so rude

Worst customer service known to man. Front desk worker demands I go to self checkout (he was helping no one). Then proceeds to yell at me to stop doing the items so fast because it was jamming its incompetent, slow system. Worst experience ever. Run from this place!

Just went through the drive thru pharmacy and the lady working the drive thru tried to steal my husband's debit card. Said "oh I saw it drop" and we know for a fact she didn't give it to us; come to find out it was in her back pocket. Will never be back here. And for them to argue with us saying she gave it back is b******** Never again!

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. They NEVER answer the phone and take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. They've hung up on me before after I waiting for 20+ minutes to get through. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

this review is specifically for the minute clinic and the covid nurses, not the pharmacy. i arrived at cvs in the parking lot at 12:20. my appointment was at 12:20. they are supposed to call you about 10 minutes before your appointment asking if you're there, confirming they're ready for you to come into the booth. i never received a call. i sat in my car and waited. after 5 minutes, i drove around closer to the minute clinic right next to the door hoping she would call me. i waited another 5 minutes. finally i knocked on her door. i told her my appointment was at 12:20. she said "you were late you have to reschedule." i said no, i wasn't late. i've been here sitting in my car for 10 minutes waiting on your call, which never came. also, how would you even know if i was here or late if you never gave the confirmation call that your supposed to? she said she "watched me pull into a parking spot 5 minutes after my appointment" that doesn't make any sense. you don't know what car i drive, you don't know what i look like, and regardless, you NEVER called me like you are required to. i was there, on time for my COVID test, and they literally refused to test me. her, the nurse, and the manager all told me there was nothing they could do and id have to reschedule which is a week out, at least. the covid nurse and the minute clinic nurse both were being extremely rude and condescending, saying i was late, saying i was a liar, saying that she called me when she literally never did, and i offered to show my phone call log history and they wouldn't even look at my proof. literally ALL I WANTED WAS A COVID TEST. i was on time for my appointment. they basically scammed me and canceled my appointment because the lady in the booth was lazy and forgot to call me for my appointment. then she gaslights me and calls me a liar saying i was late when i was on time. i recommend y'all do not go here for a test because they are all really unprofessional and scammers. now i've been sick for over a week and can't get tested at all so i will NEVER know if i had covid or not thanks so much cvs!! literally the worse experience i have ever had with a company. and even worse the big manager wasn't there, and i was on phone with corporate for over an hour and nobody would do anything. now i can't get paid for my 2 weeks quarentine because they canceled the only test i could get. shame on these evil ladies working today. i really hope the lady who didn't calls me gets fired. horrible horrible nurses.

As much as I love shopping at CVS I am always amazed at how disgusting their bathrooms are. This was a pretty nice Cvs in that it wasn't crowded. Everything was well spaced and with plenty of room to walk. But I went into use the bathroom and it was just disgusting. I can't believe how many CVS stores I have been in in the bathrooms have been gross. I certainly don't want to be buying my prescriptions in a store that is the sturdy.

Waited on hold 4x with the pharmacy two days in a row and after 20 minutes each time I was disconnected. After speaking with the front counter for 3 seconds he just said they're busy and sent me back on hold again with no effort to help whatsoever. This was all because my regular CVS has been out of my medication I need for over a week. Its not the first time I've had issues with this company. If I had a choice I would go somewhere else.

Every time we go in this store all the staff is so pleasant and kind! They always greet you at the door and are so helpful! Today Darnelle was at the register and was so prompt, kind and helpful! It's great to go into a place of business and everyone looks happy to be there! Keep it up guys! You all rock!

I usually have a simple pick up and go for my prescription. Today, Spencer the pharmacist, or pharmacist assistant... gave horrible service today. I UNDERSTAND dealing with a bunch of customers and a long line gets very frustrating but you get PAID to deal with that. If you can't deal with that and have decent customer service and not throw someone's medication at them because you're "frustrated" then you're in the wrong career field. I understand an attitude at the most but throwing someone's prescription at them? We're all frustrated just like you were, having to wait in a long line for medicine that we need. Not only that you didn't even do the standard protocol for someone picking up someone else's medicine.... you ALWAYS check their Identification.

Where do I start..... They have someone at the front always ready to greet you. The staff are nice. The store is organized. I wish they would get rid of the carpet. The pharmacy can be an extended wait. If you don't wait your the first person of the day! They are always fully staffed in the pharmacy, but it is still wait or line. The pharmacy techs provide basic customer service. There is plenty of parking. The hours of operation are confusing! The door says new hours open at 7, but they open at 8. The prices are high. There is a target nearby and other stores open extended hours. Prices aren't in comparison to these places, but if I'm sick and don't feel like going anywhere I will take what I can here. The nurse in house changes daily. Check to ensure your insurance covers this their policies and insurance providers have changed. Over it's a decent experience. Enjoy.
